"Inside the Controversial Case of YouTuber Ruby Franke's Child Abuse Sentencing"
YouTuber Ruby Franke, who was sentenced to four to 60 years in prison for child abuse, has no plans to appeal her sentence and is prepared to serve her time. During her hearing, she apologized to her children and estranged husband, taking responsibility for her actions. The 42-year-old, known for the defunct 8 Passengers channel, was arrested over aggravated child abuse charges in August after Utah police received a report of a starving child with severe conditions. Franke's sisters confirmed her arrest and emphasized the safety of the children as their top priority.
