New entries include Kabawa, Torrisi, Semma, and Gramercy Tavern, while Le Veau d’Or and Corima remained from last year. Special awards went to Lysée pastry chef Eunji Lee (Best Pastry Chef) and Le Bernardin’s Aldo Sohm (Best Sommelier). The NYC list runs from 43 Gramercy Tavern up to 7 Atomix.
