East Oakland Crash Claims Three Pedestrians as Juvenile Driver Is Arrested

A juvenile driver speeding on 85th Avenue in East Oakland crashed into a parked vehicle and six pedestrians, killing three and injuring three others. The driver was arrested; police have not said whether alcohol or drugs were involved.
