"Secretly Recorded Video Exposes Edinburgh Tenant's Rent Dispute"

Edinburgh tenant Jason Chen recorded a secret video of a rent dispute with a man he believes to be his landlord, Mark Fortune, who denies the claim and says he was at the dentist in France at the time. Chen's flat went without hot water for 28 days, leading to a confrontation where the man threatened to cut off utilities and waved a stool. Chen reported the incident to Police Scotland, while Fortune, a controversial businessman with previous tenant complaints, denies sending threatening messages and accuses Chen of vandalizing the property. The police investigation is ongoing.
