"Mass Resignation: Fire Department Exodus Sparks Crisis in Ohio City"

More than a dozen veteran firefighters, including the fire chief, in North College Hill, Ohio, have announced their resignation, citing unresolved issues and a lack of accountability. The mass resignation, which will take effect on March 17, will leave only 10 active-duty firefighters out of the 25 in the department serving a city of 9,556 residents. The firefighters have raised concerns about the poor performance and hostile actions of city officials, prompting an ongoing investigation by the city government. The city insists there will be no interruption to fire service and is working to address the situation.
