Download Festival Attendee Pleads Guilty to Public Decency Charge After Viral Ferris Wheel Incident

Innes Miller, 33, pleaded guilty to outraging public decency after being filmed having sex on a Ferris wheel at Download Festival in June 2026. He was fined £80 plus court costs and a victim surcharge, while his partner faced no prosecution. Miller’s prior drug-driving conviction and the presence of children at the festival contributed to the severity of the charge.
