The broader 2026 Southwest guide also lists picks across Nevada and nearby states, including Anima by Edo, Bouchon, Cote Las Vegas, Estiatorio Milos, Gymkhana, Kabuto, Kame Omakase, Lamaii, Michael Mina, Mott 32, Partage, Pho Ga Bac Bac, Ping Pang Pong, Soulbelly BBQ, Sparrow and Wolf, Stubborn Seed, and Wing Lei, plus a Michelin Service Award to Joël Robuchon’s Sean Christopher. This marks the guide’s return after the initial 2008-2009 Las Vegas run.
