"Contra: Operation Galuga - A Game-Changer for Contra Fans"

Contra: Operation Galuga marks a return to form for the classic run-'n'-gun series, with WayForward delivering a game that captures the infectious spirit of the original. Featuring throwbacks to the original game and Contra: Hard Corps, the title introduces new characters with unique mechanics and a perk system to adjust difficulty. While the story mode is short, the Arcade and Challenge modes offer great replayability, making it a must-play for fans of the classic Contra games.

"Arzette: The Jewel of Faramore - A Charming Homage to Nintendo's Worst Games"

Arzette: The Jewel of Faramore for PS5 successfully captures the charm of the notoriously bad Zelda CD-i games, with poorly animated cutscenes and repetitive gameplay. While the game's commitment to replicating the CD-i experience is admirable and entertaining for fans of the original, its outdated design and uninteresting combat may not appeal to a wider audience in 2024.
