"Rare Tesla Roadsters Found in China and US Fetch Million-Dollar Offers"

Three brand-new 2010 Tesla Roadsters were found in shipping containers in China, where they had been sitting for the past 13 years. The cars were ordered by a now-bankrupt Chinese electric car startup, presumably to reverse engineer them. The high bid for all three had reached $800,000, but there are several offers over $1 million that are being vetted. The batteries in the cars are no longer functional and will need to be replaced.
