Tesla has launched its upgraded Model 3, known as "Highland," in Taiwan, with the vehicles being shipped from its U.S. factory in Fremont, California. The redesigned Model 3 is available for purchase in Taiwan, with the rear-wheel-drive version priced at NT $1,699,900 and the Long Range variant at NT $1,999,900. This move comes after the recent launch of the new Model 3 in North America and amid import bans on products from mainland China in Taiwan. Additionally, Tesla is expected to introduce a redesigned Model Y, "Juniper," with a simplified lineup of parts and updated designs.
