The deal involved "more than USD 2 billion in contracted development revenue over a period of six years." Additionally, Embracer has had to delay multiple unannounced games, which were meant to launch this fiscal year, and has brought down its earnings projections for the coming year. Embracer has a portfolio of numerous companies, including THQ Nordic, Plaion, Saber Interactive, Gearbox, Middle-earth Enterprises, Dark Horse Media, Coffee Stain, Crystal Dynamics, Eidos-Montreal, Asmodee, Amplifier, Deep Silver, and numerous others.
