Elon Musk evades custody papers as Grimes struggles to serve

Grimes has hired process servers to track down Elon Musk in order to serve him with custody papers for their three children. The servers attempted to deliver the papers at various locations, including Tesla, SpaceX, and even tracked Musk's private jet. However, they were unable to personally serve Musk and instead left the documents with secondary personnel. Grimes argues that her efforts were reasonable, but Musk has yet to formally respond to the lawsuit. The next step may involve a jurisdictional dispute as Musk may argue for the custody case to proceed in Texas, where he initially sued Grimes.
