A man armed with an AK-style rifle attempted to rob a White Castle in St. Louis but failed to get any money and fled the scene. The incident occurred on Saturday evening in the Fountain Park neighborhood. The suspect, who was wearing a ski mask and dark clothing, jumped over the counter during the attempted robbery. He escaped in a black sedan and the police are currently investigating the situation.
