Man Arrives in US Without Passport, Ticket, or Visa, Raises Security Concerns

The FBI has charged Sergey Vladimirovich Ochigava with being a stowaway after he arrived in Los Angeles on a Scandinavian Airlines flight from Copenhagen without a passport, ticket, or visa. Ochigava claimed to have left his US passport on the plane and couldn't remember how he boarded the flight without valid documents. Officials found Russian and Israeli identification cards in his bag, but no evidence of a visa application or approval. If convicted, Ochigava could face up to five years in prison.
