"Violent Altercation at Michigan Kroger Leaves Clerk Unconscious"

A 20-year-old mother in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, was caught on camera assaulting a Kroger clerk at the self-checkout area after an argument over insufficient funds on her Bridge card. The clerk, a 49-year-old woman, was knocked unconscious and suffered a head injury. The incident, which took place with the mother's 1-year-old daughter in the shopping cart, was captured on Kroger's security cameras. The police arrested the mother and charged her with aggravated assault.
