Cramer warns latecomers as non-tech market rallies and inflation cools.

CNBC's Jim Cramer believes that the market's rally outside of the tech sector may be too late for some investors to get in on the action, as the relatively easy money has already been made. Cramer pointed to Caterpillar, a construction-equipment manufacturer that was up more than 3% by Tuesday's close, as an example of a non-tech company that has seen significant gains. He warned that those who are just now entering the market may not see big gains and are late to the party.
