CVS Removes Popular Cold Medicines Containing Phenylephrine from Shelves

CVS is voluntarily removing certain oral cough and cold products from its stores after an FDA advisory panel concluded that the active ingredient, phenylephrine, does not provide relief from nasal congestion.
