Pfizer’s Sigvotatug Vedotin: No Overall Survival advantage in NSCLC Phase 3, but signals in one-prior-therapy patients

Pfizer reported topline Phase 3 SigVie-002 results in previously treated metastatic non-squamous NSCLC: sigvotatug vedotin did not significantly improve overall survival vs docetaxel in the overall population, but showed a stronger OS and PFS signal in patients with only one prior therapy; exploratory IB6 expression data were inconclusive; safety was manageable; results to be shared at a future medical congress, with ongoing first-line studies in combination with pembrolizumab.
