Rosa claims he was fired after objecting to cost-cutting measures implemented by Musk shortly after he acquired the company. Rosa alleges that Davis, under Musk's orders, engaged in cost-cutting measures that would undermine the company's ability to comply with obligations and regulations. The lawsuit also claims that X started a "sham investigation" into Rosa's workplace conduct to deprive him of his severance package. Rosa is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
