Prosciutto mishap leads to lawsuits against Eataly

A New Hampshire couple is suing Eataly for $50,000 in damages after a woman slipped and fell on a piece of prosciutto at the Eataly Boston store, fracturing her left ankle. The couple filed the lawsuit claiming negligence and loss of consortium, seeking compensation for medical expenses and pain and suffering. Eataly has until December 11 to respond to the complaint.
