Buc-ee's eyes Indiana debut with Greenwood travel center along I-65

Plans have been submitted for Buc-ee’s first Indiana location in Greenwood, to rezone 80 acres along I-65 near Worthsville and Collins roads. The 74,000-square-foot travel center would sit on 37 acres and include 120 fueling stations, electric-vehicle charging, and walking trails linking to the Greenwood trail system; the Greenwood Plan Commission is set to hear the proposal (June 22, possibly continued to July). Buc-ee’s currently operates about 55 locations nationwide, with nearby expansions in Kentucky and Ohio.
