The 74,000-square-foot travel center would sit on 37 acres and include 120 fueling stations, electric-vehicle charging, and walking trails linking to the Greenwood trail system; the Greenwood Plan Commission is set to hear the proposal (June 22, possibly continued to July). Buc-ee’s currently operates about 55 locations nationwide, with nearby expansions in Kentucky and Ohio.
