CPSC Recalls Kidisle KC101B Coffee Maker Over Burn Hazard

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling about 17,600 Kidisle-branded KC101B coffeemakers sold online (Amazon, Walmart, eBay) from June 2024 through April 2026 for about $49 due to a clog that can cause hot liquid or steam to spray out, risking serious burns. Consumers should stop using the unit, contact Kidisle for a full refund, and destroy the coffeemaker by unplugging, cutting the power cord, marking it “Recalled,” and sending a photo of the destroyed product with the model number to [email protected]. The units were manufactured in China by ChangShaShiMengQiSiDianZiShangMaoYouXianGongSi and imported by Kidisle. CPSC has 107 reports of hot-liquid release and 27 burn injuries.
