Chipotle's Sustainable and All-Electric Restaurant Design for a Greener Future

Chipotle has unveiled a new all-electric restaurant design that will be used in over 100 of its new locations next year, featuring cactus-leather chairs, biodegradable packaging, and solar panels where feasible. The design is part of the company's goal to cut greenhouse gas emissions in half by 2030. Chipotle has already opened locations with the features in Virginia and Florida, with a third restaurant on its way in Colorado. The company also plans to increase the amount of local produce it purchases and invest in projects to reduce emissions in beef and dairy production.
