Apple to Pay Up to $95 to iPhone Owners in Siri Settlement

Apple has agreed to a $250 million settlement over delayed Siri features, with eligible U.S. residents who bought iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 16 models between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025 able to file claims for $25 per device, potentially up to $95 if total claims are lower than expected. A settlement website will open in coming months for online claims, and proof of purchase may be required. The personalized Siri features were teased in 2024, delayed in 2025, and Apple plans to roll them out later this year with iOS 27 (and related iPadOS 27 / macOS 27), plus a dedicated Siri app in development.
