Bosworth: AI gains should power more product work at Meta, not extra time off

Meta CTO Andrew Bosworth said AI productivity gains should be reinvested into building more user-focused products rather than granting more vacation time, dismissing the idea of reviving Meta Days. He noted Meta already provides four weeks of leave plus two “choice days,” and urged employees to use any extra time to create value for billions of users instead of taking more days off.
