TL;DR

Honda unveils the Base Station, a compact towable camper that folds to a queen bed, includes an external shower and kitchen, rises to seven feet of standing height, and can be towed by small SUVs like the CR-V. It features solar power, an onboard battery/inverter, removable side windows, and a top-hinged tailgate, yet it remains a prototype not yet for sale and would be competitively priced in the lightweight travel-trailer segment if produced.
