LinkedIn's AI-powered tools revolutionize learning, recruitment, marketing, and sales

LinkedIn is introducing a range of new AI features across its job hunting, marketing, and sales products. These include an update to its Recruiter talent sourcing platform with AI assistance, an AI-powered LinkedIn Learning coach, and an AI-powered tool for marketing campaigns. LinkedIn is leveraging technology from OpenAI and Microsoft, its parent company, to power these new features. The AI-assisted recruiting experience, called Recruiter 2024, will use generative AI to help recruiters find stronger candidates. LinkedIn Learning will incorporate an AI chatbot as a learning coach, initially focusing on soft skills. The marketing tool, Accelerate, aims to simplify campaign management on LinkedIn. Additionally, an AI search function will assist salespeople in finding potential connections and engaging with leads.
