"Microsoft Reveals Key Skills and Benefits for A.I.-Powered Future"

Microsoft's Work Trend Index report found that 82% of leaders globally and 85% of leaders in Asia Pacific believe that employees will need new skills in an "AI-powered future." The top three skills that leaders believe are essential are analytical judgment, flexibility, and emotional intelligence. While AI has the potential to create new jobs, a recent Goldman Sachs report found that 300 million jobs around the world stand to be impacted by AI and automation. Demand for AI jobs still outstrips supply, with AI talent hiring in APAC growing at a higher rate than overall hiring in the region.
