Samsung Bespoke Fridges Get a Major AI Upgrade With Google Gemini

Samsung’s Bespoke refrigerators receive a major AI upgrade that expands food recognition from about 100 items to over 2,000 by integrating Google’s Gemini cloud models with on-device recognition, adds enhanced voice controls, better shopping-list and recipe suggestions, and a new Reliability AI for proactive diagnostics and remote servicing (with user consent for data sharing). The update requires Wi‑Fi and can still mislabel items, but overall moves the fridge closer to a truly useful AI-powered grocery tool.
