Tesla Deploys FSD V14 to Australia and New Zealand, with Regional Feature Gaps

Tesla has begun rolling out Full Self-Driving (FSD) Supervised version 14 (build 14.3.3) to HW4 vehicles in Australia and New Zealand, as part of a global effort to update the fleet. However, the Oceania release omits some North American features—such as the 8 mph max for Actually Smart Summon and the unification of ASS, FSD, and Robotaxi—and lacks newer map options. Hardware 3 owners will get FSD v14 Lite later to match the main update while Tesla scales the stack to older cars.
