JetBlue Unveils BlueFirst: A Tech-Enhanced Domestic First Class

JetBlue announced BlueFirst, a domestic first-class option featuring two-by-two seating with up to 7 inches of extra legroom and 5 inches of recline, plus 13-inch seatback screens. Passengers can pair Bluetooth headphones, use Mixologist Mode for custom cocktails, and order FirstFare meals in Bento boxes, with snacks, snooze kits, blankets, and full seat power. The cabin appears on A220/A320 (12 seats) and A321 (16 seats). Booking opens this fall, with initial routes and availability to follow, as part of JetBlue’s four-seat lineup (BlueFirst, Main, EvenMore, Mint) under the JetForward plan. Boarding for BlueFirst will begin in Group 1 with expedited security at over 30 airports.
