JetBlue Unveils BlueFirst and Expands Basic Fare Options Across Cabins
JetBlue will roll out a new domestic first-class cabin called BlueFirst by the end of 2026 and expand its unbundled fare options to four cabins (Main, EvenMore, BlueFirst, Mint), with Base, Standard, and Flex fares. Base fares carry restrictions like no seat selection and change fees, while Mint remains the lie-flat premium product and will not offer a Base option. The move mirrors Delta/United’s approach, giving customers a two-click path to choose both onboard experience and fare type across more cabins.
