Tracy Chapman's Grammy Comeback: Where Has She Been?
TL;DR
Tracy Chapman's rare performance of her 1988 hit "Fast Car" at the Grammy Awards has left fans wondering about her absence from the music world in recent years. Known for her reclusive nature, Chapman has largely stepped away from music since her last studio album in 2008 and last tour in 2009. Despite her absence, her Grammys performance with Luke Combs has reignited interest in her music, with her original song climbing the iTunes download chart.
