Alamo Drafthouse Shuts Down All D-FW Theaters
TL;DR
All five Alamo Drafthouse theaters in the Dallas-Fort Worth area have closed after their franchise operator filed for bankruptcy, citing poor industry-wide economic performance and low theatergoing numbers post-pandemic. The closures affect over 600 employees, but the company plans to reopen the theaters and continue expanding in other locations.
