New Boulder Hosts to Get $200 Welcome Bonus as Sundance Debuts
TL;DR
Airbnb will pay $200 to first-time Boulder hosts who rent out their homes during Sundance, following the festival’s move from Park City to Boulder for January 2027. The incentive is part of a broader Colorado package including a $34 million refundable tax credit to lure the festival, aimed at boosting lodging, keeping prices down for locals, and delivering a regional economic boost as Sundance anchors in Boulder with a statewide footprint.
