WWE executive chairman Vince McMahon's new employment agreement includes a clause that guarantees him a multimillion dollar payout and the rights to his life story in the event of a sale of the company. McMahon's severance package would include a $6.8 million lump cash payment, a pro-rata payout of his incentive bonus, and all unvested shares vesting. McMahon's new contract runs for two years, with the right to be extended in one year increments after that. The agreement also guarantees McMahon the right to his own intellectual property, including his life story.
