Model Minerva Portillo has filed a lawsuit against disgraced fashion photographer Terry Richardson, alleging that he drugged and sexually assaulted her during photoshoots in 2004. Portillo claims that Richardson forced her to perform oral sex on him while taking pictures, and the photos from the assaults were later included in his art book and exhibitions. Richardson, who was already blacklisted by the fashion world in 2017 due to multiple sexual assault and rape allegations, is now being sued by Portillo under the state's Adult Survivors Act. Other men, including Axl Rose and Cuba Gooding Jr., have also been accused under the same law. Portillo is seeking damages for battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence against Richardson and Trump Model Management.
