Carmen Bryan Sues N.O.R.E. Over 1999 Club Assault Allegation

Carmen Bryan has filed a New York civil lawsuit accusing rapper N.O.R.E. (Victor Santiago) of non-consensual sexual contact at a 1999 Manhattan nightclub, alleging a culture of sexism in 1990s hip-hop. She’s seeking damages under New York City’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, and says she disclosed the incident to Jay-Z; N.O.R.E. has not publicly commented.
