Jennings weighs in as Jamie Ding closes in on Jeopardy! record
TL;DR
Ken Jennings says he would be excited if Jamie Ding reaches 75 wins on Jeopardy!, joking that he’d eat his hat and even joking about a trap door replacing him as host. Ding, riding a 26-game streak with about $732,000 in winnings, is nearing the show’s top five money leaders. The 33-year-old Grosse Pointe native, now based in New Jersey, has drawn national attention as his run continues.
