Ink Opens, Bertolucci Doc Closes: Venice 2026 Lineup Unveiled

Deadline reveals the Venice Film Festival 2026 lineup (Sept. 2–12): opening film Ink by Danny Boyle and closing title Dio Ride by Giovanni Veronesi; in-competition titles include Casey Affleck’s directorial debut Company, Lee Chang-dong’s Possible Love, Hirokazu Koreeda’s Look Back, Martin McDonagh’s Wild Horse Nine, and Nanni Moretti’s Succederà Questa Notte.
