TL;DR
THR ranks all seven Scream films from worst to best (the TV series is listed as unranked), placing Scream 2 first, then the 1996 original, Scream 4, Scream (2022), Scream 7, Scream VI, and Scream 3 last, while framing each entry as a meta-commentary on the franchise’s evolution and the horror genre, including Neve Campbell’s return in 7 and the series’ shift toward IP nostalgia.
