MTG The Hobbit Set Unveils Dwarves, Scene Cards, and a Dwarvish-Smaug Twist

Magic: The Gathering will release The Hobbit set on August 14, bringing Bilbo’s adventure to the game with Dwarf-themed synergy, Scene Cards recreating the Bag End moment, and rare book-cover art variants for key characters. A unique group of five Dwarvish cards—including Smaug—will stand out, along with Eagles that grant flying. The set also includes 20 reprints from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth in Commander decks and a feature-filled lineup of products like Play Boosters, Collector Boosters, Bundles, and more.
