Rosamund Pike Calls Wellness Industry a Scam

Actress Rosamund Pike believes that the wellness industry is a con and that the idea of being "well" needs to be interrogated. She thinks that people are being controlled by wellness claims, which have politicized food and exercise and are dangerous. Pike's comments were made during an interview with The Guardian, where she was asked about the satirical jabs at Goop in her new series. She also mentioned that the #MeToo movement gave women an opportunity to escape some of the demands put on them, but now people are voluntarily flocking back to being controlled in a different guise.
