Lawsuit Claims Doctor's Fatal Allergic Reaction at Disney World Restaurant

The husband of a New York doctor has filed a lawsuit against Disney World and a restaurant at the Florida resort, alleging that his wife died of an allergic reaction after dining there. The lawsuit claims that despite multiple assurances that the food would be allergy-safe, the restaurant served Dr. Kanokporn Tangsuan food containing allergens, leading to her death from a severe allergic reaction known as anaphylaxis. The lawsuit seeks more than $50,000 in damages and alleges multiple counts of negligence against the restaurant and Disney Parks and Resorts.
