Netflix Faces Lawsuit Over Use of Man's Photo in True-Crime Doc

A Kentucky man is suing Netflix for defamation and misappropriation of likeness after the streaming service used a photo of him holding a hatchet in a true-crime documentary, "The Hatchet Wielding Hitchhiker." The man claims he had no relation to the documentary and was unaware of its existence until he started receiving messages from concerned friends and family. He is seeking more than $1 million in damages.
