Taylor Hazlewood's photo, which shows him posing with a hatchet, was included in "The Hatchet Wielding Hitchhiker," a film about convicted murderer Caleb "Kai" McGillvary. Hazlewood claims that Netflix defamed him and misappropriated his likeness by connecting him to the story of McGillvary. Hazlewood's attorney says he wants to hold Netflix accountable and prevent the same thing from happening to someone else.
