Today Show Intruder Incident Spurs Security Review as Guthrie Returns
TL;DR
Savannah Guthrie returned to the Today show after an intruder disrupted the studio; the man, Andrew Truelove, shouted racial slurs at Craig Melvin and was escorted out by security. NBC says safety is a priority and is reviewing security protocols, while Truelove faces two hate-crime felonies (burglary in the third degree and menacing in the third degree).
