Ariana Grande Opens Eternal Sunshine Tour in Oakland with Focused Setlist

After a six-and-a-half-year hiatus, Ariana Grande kicked off the Eternal Sunshine tour in Oakland, centering the show on material from Eternal Sunshine (and its deluxe edition) while weaving in songs from Positions and newer projects. Variety’s full opening-night setlist includes tracks such as Yes, And?; Dandelion; The Boy Is Mine; Eternal Sunshine; Just Like Magic; Thank U, Next; 7 Rings; Imperfect for You; Warm; Safety Net; One Last Time; Rain on Me; Break Free; Twilight Zone; Past Life; Dangerous Woman; Honeymoon Avenue; Into You; Hate That I Made You Love Me; We Can’t Be Friends (Wait for Your Love); Supernatural and more. The tour runs through Sept. 1 in North America, with five LA shows after Oakland before stops in Austin, Sunrise, Atlanta, Brooklyn, Boston, Montreal and Chicago, then a 10-night London run at the O2. Ticket demand remains high on resale, and Grande signals she may balance touring with acting while Petal is due July 31.
