KK Downing shows support for Mick Mars in Motley Crue legal battle.
TL;DR
Former Judas Priest guitarist KK Downing sympathizes with Mick Mars, who is involved in a legal battle with Motley Crue. Downing retired from Judas Priest in 2011 and says his situation is "identical" to that of Mars. Mars is suing Motley Crue over business interests and making explosive claims about his bandmates. Downing says retirement should be an option, especially due to illness, after spending a lifetime building a band's name and reputation.
